Returns Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS

A return will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been worn, washed or shows signs of use.
  • The original hangtag is missing.
  • The item has a strong odor, such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.
  • The item is not returned in its original packaging.
  • The return outside the stated period of 14 days is requested or sent.
  • The return has not been registered via the official returns portal.
  • Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned.
  • If a return is returned outside the stated return period and we receive it, it will be retained for a maximum of 30 days. If the customer does not respond within this period and does not provide written instructions regarding reshipment or collection, we reserve the right to destroy the return, without any liability or right to compensation. Any costs for storage and/or destruction may be charged to the customer.
  • When a product is purchased as a pre-order, it means the item is out of stock and will only be produced after the order is placed, based on the quantities placed. Pre-order products are irreversibly produced after ordering and are not part of regular inventory. Therefore, pre-order products cannot be canceled after ordering and are excluded from returns, unless there is a production error or an incorrectly delivered item.

Note : Always check the item for stains or manufacturing defects before removing the hangtag. Once the hangtag is removed, no claims or returns can be submitted.

RETURN PROCEDURE
  1. Register your return by sending an email to retour@lubane.nl
    Return requests not submitted this way will not be processed.
  2. Return requests will be assessed on weekdays between 11:00 and 17:00.
  3. Carefully pack the item in the original LÚBANE shipping bag.
  4. Within Europe: You must create a shipping label yourself via a carrier of your choice on the website.
  5. Outside Europe: You must create a shipping label yourself through a carrier of your choice on the website.

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs unless the item delivered is damaged or incorrect.

Please note: If a return shipment doesn't reach us, we cannot process it or refund it. It's important that you keep an eye on the Track & Trace code, even if you receive an automated email confirming receipt. This isn't always accurate, and it's possible the return wasn't delivered to us.

REFUND

After our quality department receives and inspects your return, the return process will be initiated automatically. This can take up to 10 business days; you will not be notified of this. The refund can then take up to fourteen business days, depending entirely on your chosen payment method. You will receive an email about this.
